Boxxs Self Storage is the only self storage company in Scotland to host a permanent street art exhibition. On Sunday, 6 July 2025, our Linlithgow site at Mill Road Industrial Estate was transformed as 10ft and 20ft drive-up self storage containers became canvases for bold, protest-themed murals. The Rebel Bear Street Art Exhibition drew several hundred visitors from across West Lothian, Bo’ness, Livingston, and Grangemouth. Many of those murals now remain on display permanently, turning Boxxs into an open-air gallery as well as a trusted self storage site.

The day itself proved to be one of the most popular community events in Linlithgow. Families, entrepreneurs, and art enthusiasts strolled between colourful murals, took selfies, and enjoyed 500 free ice creams handed out by our team. Our Director captured the spirit of the event, saying: "We have always believed Boxxs should be about more than just storage. Having such a high-profile yet anonymous artist like The Rebel Bear use our facilities to showcase work flips expectations and brings something vibrant to a space people usually overlook."
